Founded in 2018 Nepal’s first bakery and pastry school with state of the Art of facilities. We offer diploma, basic and certificate courses, including specialized professional programs in French pastries, chocolate and bread making.
We are a group of Pastry Chefs who have spent years working in hotel, café and restaurants pastry/bakery kitchens. Ensuring that students can start a great career right after completing our diploma to certificate courses. Paired with small class sizes, and quality hands-on training; the school serves as a springboard for many young graduates who are almost immediately snapped up by the industry, or go on to setup businesses of their own.
Our school is dedicated to the art of bakery /pastry and it is our goal to be the finest bakery/pastry school in Nepal, producing the best-prepared professionals entering the industry. Personal attention is given to each student’s individual career goals, from the minute they come in contact with the school and maintaining a positive relationship with alumni throughout their careers.

SUDAN SHAH,
FOUNDER OF SCHOOL OF BAKING AND PASTRY TECHNOLOGY
Sudan shah is the founder of the School of Baking and Pastry Technology with a Master degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management. Sudan started his career in the field of pastry and bakery with more than 10 years work experience in hotels, cafes and restaurants pastry/bakery kitchens. He has worked in many luxury hotels & resorts to local bakeries and pastry shop of Nepal .He is a meticulous planner, with strong hands on approach in pre-openings hotels, café and restaurants Bakery and Pastry kitchens.
