Specially designed for Entrepreneurs who wish to Start up Business, Chocolate lovers, Graduates (from any stream), Career switchers.

Work in SBPT Professional Bakery/ Pastry labs in groups of 10 participants maximum, where each student has his/her own workstation and prepares recipes from A to Z. Learn from a professional Chocolatiers who will teach you the bases of different aspects of Chocolate making.

Artisan Professional Chocolatiers Program help one understand the craft of artisan production, get a theoretical and practical understanding of what makes the process successful. These hands –on chocolate course are delivery at the personal and entrepreneurial levels.

Qualification and outcome

Upon successful completion of the program, one will be Awarded Certificate in Artisan Chocolate Making.
