COURSE INFO

The 6-months Professional Course In Baking & Pastry is a full-time, comprehensive, hands-on and suitable for those who want to become Professional Bakery /Pastry Chefs in Star Hotels, Bakery/Pastry Shop or want to Entrepreneurs who wish to start up Business.

The training can be followed by a 3-month internship (for students who demonstrate a high level of motivation and competency based on grades, attendance and overall performance during the training) with a pastry shop, restaurant or hotel.

Work in SBPT Professional Bakery/ Pastry labs in groups of 10 participants maximum, where each student has his/her own workstation and prepares recipes from A to Z. Learn from a Professional Pastry/Bakery Chef who will teach you the bases of doughs, creams, fillings, icings and more.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE COURSE

There are no background requirements to become a great Bakery/Pastry Chef. No previous experience is needed to apply for this full-time program. Anyone above 16 years of age, who has a passion for Baking & Pastry, is eligible to apply for this course. No age bar any one can join!
